Cut, wash, and blot dry butter leaf lettuce. Break up crab meat into bite size pieces. Toss beet noodles in a small amount of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Dice avocado. Thinly slice radish into rounds. Halve grape tomatoes across the length. Slice chives.
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Toss together beet noodles, butter leaf lettuce and Creamy Basil Dressing until leaves are completely coated in dressing. Place crab meat, avocado, radish, and grape tomatoes in separate piles on top of lettuce. Garnish with sliced chives.
